I started JusCoding after watching local owners get sold fragile systems they could not understand, change, or take with them. I wanted to offer the opposite: a clear scope, working software, and an honest handoff.
Before custom software, I spent years building and supporting operational systems for teams that could not afford downtime. That still shapes how I scope projects: start with the bottleneck, test in realistic conditions, and leave you able to run it.
